Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an automated email with your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after the shipping confirmation is sent.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not yet ship to US territories or internationally, but we're working on it!
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within 20 business days of your order date, please contact us at support@thewaggermarket.com and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly. Lost packages are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@thewaggermarket.com — we can often correct it before the order ships.
