We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we'll make it right. No hoops, no hassle.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging (if possible)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@thewaggermarket.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions and a prepaid label (for defective/wrong items) or return address (for change of mind).
  3. Ship the item back using the instructions provided.
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Refund Options

  • Original payment method: Refunded within 3–5 business days of item receipt. Allow 3–5 additional business days to appear on your statement.
  • Store credit: Issued immediately upon return approval.
  • Exchange: We'll ship the replacement item as soon as we confirm your return is on its way.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Items that have been used and show signs of wear beyond initial inspection
  • Items returned without an order number

Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a defective item or the wrong product, we'll cover all return shipping costs and send a replacement or full refund immediately — no need to return the item in most cases.
