We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we'll make it right. No hoops, no hassle.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging (if possible)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)
How to Start a Return
- Email support@thewaggermarket.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions and a prepaid label (for defective/wrong items) or return address (for change of mind).
- Ship the item back using the instructions provided.
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Refund Options
- Original payment method: Refunded within 3–5 business days of item receipt. Allow 3–5 additional business days to appear on your statement.
- Store credit: Issued immediately upon return approval.
- Exchange: We'll ship the replacement item as soon as we confirm your return is on its way.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items that have been used and show signs of wear beyond initial inspection
- Items returned without an order number
Defective or Wrong Items
If you received a defective item or the wrong product, we'll cover all return shipping costs and send a replacement or full refund immediately — no need to return the item in most cases.
