Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email within 24–48 hours of your order being placed.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free standard shipping on all orders over $35.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track your order at any time from the Order Confirmation email.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us at support@thewaggermarket.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right — no questions asked.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@thewaggermarket.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll send return instructions within 24 hours.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of us receiving the returned item. It may take an additional 3–5 days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.

Are your products safe for pets?
Yes. Every product we carry is made from pet-safe, non-toxic materials. We specifically avoid products containing BPA, phthalates, and other harmful chemicals.
Where are your products made?
Our products are sourced from vetted suppliers in the US and internationally. Each product listing includes full material and safety information.
Can I use dog products for my cat (and vice versa)?
Some products work for both — the product listing will always specify compatibility. When in doubt, email us and we'll advise.

Do I need an account to order?
No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account makes it easier to track orders and manage returns.
